Your Role:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing a variety of large-scale civil engineering projects, including port utilities, roadway infrastructure, and stormwater management.
  • Overseeing project management tasks that involve diverse engineering services, leveraging our extensive team of over 12,000 professionals.
  • Leading teams with a focus on creativity, technical excellence, and effective communication, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with experienced designers and our in-house construction team.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Providing insights on how design decisions impact project schedules and budgets, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Guiding teams with an emphasis on accountability, flexibility, and meticulous organization.
  • Collaborating with management and marketing teams to explore strategic business development opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and contractors to support business growth.

  • Serving as the lead civil engineer on a range of waterfront projects.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary activities across various project phases.
  • Assisting in the management of project resources and subcontractors.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program, along with 7 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in EPC projects.
  • A Master’s degree in civil engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design standards and proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead design efforts for large projects.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
