Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including the central plant systems, cleanroom air systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and site electrical design.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure that facilities projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Capital Projects: Manage capital projects, including organizing plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure that they meet the company's objectives.
- Cost and Energy Reduction: Develop and implement cost and energy reduction plans to minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system changes, including updates to site drawings and specifications.
- Communication: Collaborate with other site disciplines to resolve problems, implement projects, and install new equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in HVAC and cleanroom systems.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Software: Proficient in AutoCAD and able to write specifications and work scopes.
