Position Summary
As the Facilities Operations Manager at Orangetheory - Franchise #0320, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and professional demeanor will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
This position encompasses three primary domains: Asset Oversight, Construction Coordination, and Facility Maintenance Support.

  • Foster a culture of excellence by proactively mentoring and guiding facility needs remotely.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management, regional leaders, and club operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key external vendors to secure top-quality services in cleaning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
  • Coordinate with landlords to manage and expedite significant repairs, minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards across all facilities, ensuring a superior environment for members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive facility-related initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Design and continuously enhance facility processes, training studio management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the timely repair and replacement of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and member satisfaction.
  • Manage subcontractors and project status during studio openings, relocations, and closures.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3-4 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, along with relevant certifications (PMP, CFM, OSHA).
  • In-depth knowledge of major mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems, architectural drawings, and basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing concepts.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling and evaluating bids from vendors.
  • Proficiency in budget interpretation and financial recommendations, along with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service and cleanliness standards.
  • Experience in developing training programs and implementing process improvements.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness, capable of independent problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
