About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small engineering team and oversee the Central Plant systems and personnel.
  • Design and implement system improvements, resolve system problems, and work with site technicians on technical and operational issues.
  • Develop and manage project scopes of work, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work with contractors to plan, budget, and schedule projects to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Organize and manage capital projects to meet plan and budget.
  • Manage cleanroom repairs and changes, and characterize all cleanroom areas.
  • Work with Fab customers to understand their cleanroom needs and issues.
  • Develop and manage annual and five-year budget plans.
  • Define and select area employees and technical experts.
  • Develop and implement cost and energy reduction plans.
  • Document system changes on site drawings and specifications.
  • Interact with other site disciplines on problems, projects, and Fab tool installations.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineer specialist with a strong understanding of HVAC and Cleanroom systems.
  • Experience managing personnel for more than 3 years.
  • Experience working with fire sprinkler systems, site civil systems, and exhaust systems.
  • Experience in building construction management, project management, and people management skills.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD and write specifications and work scopes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
