The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles. They will be proficient in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level and have experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing market strategies, securing new accounts and dealers, and managing the operations of Sales Centers. They will also provide instruction, training, and guidance to Sales Center personnel and serve as a host at dealer meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and operating profit targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of Territory Sales Managers and Sales Center Managers
  • Develop market strategies and secure new accounts and dealers
  • Provide instruction, training, and guidance to Sales Center personnel

Requirements:
