Area Sales Manager

Lumenis is a global leader in minimally invasive clinical solutions for Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base, prospecting for new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base.
- Prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Developing quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time.
- Forecasting and submitting sales reports.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Ability to manage quota and close complex sales.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
Lumenis offers a competitive base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, as well as a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and company matching 401(k).
