Job Description

Lumenis is a global leader in minimally invasive clinical solutions for Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base, prospecting for new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base.
  • Prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time.
  • Forecasting and submitting sales reports.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to manage quota and close complex sales.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
