Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Operations: Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of our clients' facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Supervise Technical Staff: Lead and manage a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and implement maintenance plans to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all facilities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance experience is required.
  • EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification: EPA Universal Refrigeration certification is required.
