About the Role:

HID Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Western United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth, acquiring new logos, and maximizing our footprint within the HID install base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HID channel partners, customers, and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM data to drive business results

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the Identity Access Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos, and exceeding sales quota
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with ability to present and demonstrate software solutions
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education, with MBA a plus
