About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at OEC Group. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing full sales lifecycle processes, identifying client needs, and providing trusted advisory services for their freight forwarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking
  • Present OEC Group's service offerings, including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage
  • Meet monthly revenue quotas given by Sales management
  • Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local markets
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and overseas offices
  • Travel locally for client meetings and presentations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder
  • Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Solid understanding of local territory and market opportunities
  • High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and hunter mentality
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
