Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst, you will be integral to the Analytics team. Your role will involve:

  • Extracting and organizing data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Creating insightful presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings to clients.
  • Collaborating closely with your Manager to refine data handling techniques and enhance storytelling skills.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets or performing quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Digital Media and Marketing/Advertising sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfort in presenting findings to small groups or over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A client-focused mindset, with the ability to translate needs into effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics (e.g., Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM).
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
