Title: Paid Media Analyst

Location: Pro Shop has or will have offices in Los Angeles, California; Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; and New York City, New York. The Paid Media Analyst will preferably be based in New York City, NY or remote if necessary.

Position Overview: As a Paid Media Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts by executing, analyzing and optimizing our paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and executing paid media strategies across various channels, including search, social, display, and video. Your analytical skills and data-driven insights will help us drive traffic, maximize ROI, accelerate e-commerce growth, and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Driving E-Commerce Growth:
Run paid media specifically aimed at driving e-commerce growth.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign data and generate insights to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Create and maintain regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Track and report on spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in paid media spend.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
  • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
  • Utilize data and insights to create and refine audience segments for personalized and effective campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust targeting strategies based on performance data.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to advise on ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communicate campaign insights and performance updates to appropriate stakeholders.

Market and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and trends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
