Role Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
As a Senior Analyst specializing in Programmatic and Paid Social, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of campaigns for designated clients. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution, where you will independently derive actionable insights and implement campaigns with the assistance of Analysts. You will also mentor Analysts on client-specific protocols, offering expertise in optimization techniques and best practices for client engagement.

  • Independently plan, execute, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms, including Display, Mobile, Video, and social media channels.
  • Clearly articulate digital strategies and rationales to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain a high level of diligence and attention to detail, adhering to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage daily campaign operations, addressing internal inquiries related to tracking and campaign status.
  • Assist in creating client-facing performance reports, ensuring data integrity and insightful analysis.
  • Evaluate inventory availability and contribute to proposal development for new client opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of creative assets and campaign documentation in preparation for launches.
  • Traffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and other advertising technologies.
  • Ensure accurate campaign implementation through a thorough quality assurance process.
  • Provide regular auditing reports to stakeholders and manage billing systems as necessary.
  • Foster relationships with the broader Starcom digital Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance campaign performance strategies.
  • Engage with Analysts through coaching and education on emerging technologies and digital advertising principles.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to resolve daily campaign management queries.
Candidate Qualifications:

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in programmatic media is required. Familiarity with technologies such as The Trade Desk and DoubleClick Bid Manager is essential, along with a solid understanding of both traditional and digital media planning.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A resourceful and motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
