Position Summary:The Search Media Analyst is tasked with overseeing the development and execution of media campaigns across search platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset, alongside a keen understanding of consumer behavior in the search media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research essential for crafting new campaigns.
- Assist in data collection for strategic planning.
- Manage the execution of approved campaign plans.
- Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid modifications.
- Analyze performance metrics and competitive trends.
- Optimize paid search initiatives to align with business goals.
- Formulate optimization strategies and testing protocols.
- Utilize bid management tools and platforms like Google, Bing, and Oath for campaign development and performance tracking.
- Extract and analyze data to enhance campaign reporting and insights.
- Maintain detailed records for the monthly billing cycle.
- Address billing discrepancies in collaboration with the client strategy and billing teams.
- Familiarize with reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools.
- Prepare necessary documentation for purchase approvals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools.
- Complete all required training programs and certifications.
- Prior experience in SEM or paid media is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Additional Information:
This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $46,500 to $67,500 annually, with benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
