Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Administrative Coordinator. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communication channels, facilitating effective internal communication, and assisting executives with various clerical duties on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support to multiple executives, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and overseeing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Support data entry, data analysis, and report generation tasks.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with various teams to fulfill their administrative requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be preferred.
