Position: Administrative Coordinator
Organization: Catholic Center

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily functions of the Catholic Center. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating closely with the leadership team. The coordinator will manage various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Uphold and reflect the mission of the Catholic Center while adhering to organizational policies.
  2. Oversee financial documentation, including updating records and managing deposits and expenses.
  3. Coordinate building maintenance and access, ensuring proper scheduling and communication with maintenance personnel.
  4. Supervise and train student staff, ensuring all roles are fulfilled effectively.
  5. Participate in leadership meetings and maintain regular communication with the chaplain.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with various departments within the Archdiocese and the university.
  7. Manage inventory and supplies for the center, coordinating with staff as necessary.
  8. Handle scheduling requests for facility use, maintaining accurate records of events.
  9. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  10. Collaborate with the development team on outreach and communication efforts.
  11. Maintain digital platforms and online resources for the center.
  12. Ensure accurate record-keeping for all operational aspects of the center.
  13. Facilitate event planning and execution in partnership with leadership and volunteers.
  14. Occasionally work flexible hours to support center activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a desire to expand skills.
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools and social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
