Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a personable and dedicated individual who excels in delivering exceptional customer service and possesses a keen eye for detail. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment for our patrons, both in person and via phone communications. Your warm demeanor will ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.

**This is a year-round part-time opportunity**

Availability for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift, is required.

Typical Shifts:

Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Saturdays: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Sundays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues while responding appropriately to inquiries.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly smile to create a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Assist in seating guests and distributing menus, adhering to the established rotation.
  • Answer phone calls courteously, providing assistance and information about the establishment.
  • Manage and confirm all reservations through the designated system.
  • Address guests' requests promptly and professionally to ensure a superior service experience.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and maintain cleanliness in the host area and lobby.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
  • Accountable to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • For candidates under 18, a valid work permit is required.
  • Basic understanding of service excellence, guest relations, and food and beverage etiquette.
  • Availability to work weekends, day and evening shifts, and major holidays.
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is mandatory.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Punctuality and a professional appearance in uniform are required at all times.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
