Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

This role requires a support person to assist all staff members and patients in the office. You will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of patient treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and make appointments
  • Assist with the completion of patient treatment plans
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions and concerns
  • Register patients, post charges and payments, and maintain a clean and friendly waiting area
  • Follow up on no shows and cancellations of appointments
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office
  • Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
