Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Leader at Chipotle, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers. This includes monitoring food quality, resolving food quality issues, and supporting food safety initiatives. Additionally, you will help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences. You will also be responsible for monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules to ensure seamless operations. Furthermore, you will develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
