Job Summary:
An experienced Outside Sales Representative is needed to actively prospect, acquire, and maintain relationships with clients or customers to sell our products or services. The successful candidate will work in the field, meeting clients in person, and may be required to travel extensively to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory.
- Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date on product or service offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.

Market Research:
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Sales Presentations:
- Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address any customer questions or objections.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements. Close sales deals and obtain customer commitments.

Account Management:
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients. Encourage new prospects to sign accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

Travel:
- Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,400 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
