Job Title: Business Development Representative

OverviewOur company, Gladus LLC, is a leading provider of vending, POS solutions, and coin-operated machines. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Philadelphia.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus uncapped commission structure, quarterly bonuses for high performers, health benefits (HRA), 100% travel reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. Additionally, we provide extensive industry and technology training.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining B2B relationships with small local businesses in Philadelphia and its suburbs. This involves scouting and hunting for new sales leads, communicating with customers and leads to understand their needs, and aligning value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as negotiating and closing skills. A valid driver's license and car are required. Bilingual in Spanish is an added advantage.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of route/outside sales experience, 2 years of B2B sales experience, ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers, and strong negotiation and closing skills. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a 100% field-route-based direct sales position offering base salary and commission. If selected, you may be asked to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
