As a Senior Manager of People & Culture Communications within PNC's Marketing & Communications division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, you will work in partnership across various departments to:
  • Develop a comprehensive People & Culture Communications strategy that utilizes employee communications and corporate recognition initiatives to educate, engage, and empower employees to excel and represent the PNC brand proudly.
  • Identify avenues to enhance employee engagement communications and initiatives beyond current corporate recognition programs to foster greater inclusion and consistency.
  • Act as the primary communications advisor for PNC's Chief Human Resources Officer and provide internal communications support to other HR leaders.
  • Utilize employee engagement survey data, along with peer benchmarking and industry best practices, to inform our communications and initiatives.
About Our Team:

We are a sophisticated and strategic marketing and communications team of approximately 300 professionals who support various business communications and marketing efforts, including regional communications, external and financial communications, and corporate events.

Our passionate and high-performing team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds, united by a commitment to executing strategic communications and marketing that protect and promote our brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Branding, Change Management, Creative Process, Digital Marketing, Media Relations
  • Strong competencies in Copywriting, Decision Making, Effective Communications, and Organizational Communications

Industry experience typically requires a university degree, with higher education such as a Master's degree or relevant certifications being desirable. A minimum of 8 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a management role, is typically required.
