Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for engaging and enhancing customer relationships through comprehensive multi-channel experiences tailored for distinct segments. This role involves leading a collaborative team that encompasses design, digital, product, and marketing to develop customer-focused campaigns that drive results and ultimately boost customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and analytics to establish and promote the marketing strategy and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Create detailed business cases for innovative marketing strategies, including testing offers, customer segmentation, and outreach strategies to optimize performance and financial returns.
  • Work alongside Product, Digital, and UX teams to design effective user journeys.
  • Generate new and innovative ideas to strategically advance the business.
  • Implement marketing journeys and campaigns across all CRM channels (such as email, in-app, in-browser, and SMS). This includes collaboration with delivery managers and creative agencies to produce materials that resonate with customers, uphold the Huntington brand, and drive business results.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Proven experience working closely with insights teams to design and implement learning plans that yield clear and compelling results.
  • Experience collaborating with analytics teams to assess the return on marketing investments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
