As a Senior Manager of People & Culture Communications within PNC's Marketing & Communications division, you will have the flexibility to work from various locations.

The PNC Financial Services Group is in search of a Senior Manager to join its Marketing and Corporate Communications team.

The Senior Manager will be an integral part of the Employee & Executive Communications unit, which encompasses Enterprise and Human Resources (HR) communications, as well as internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Risk, Regional Presidents Organization, and CEO communications.

This team also oversees PNC's corporate recognition initiatives.

The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Employee & Executive Communications and will lead a team of four skilled professionals focused on recognition and HR communications.


Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, you will collaborate across and beyond Marketing and Corporate Communications to:
  • Develop a comprehensive People & Culture Communications strategy that utilizes employee communications and corporate recognition initiatives to educate, engage, and empower employees to excel and become proud ambassadors of the PNC brand.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement communications and initiatives beyond current corporate recognition programs to foster greater inclusion and consistency.
  • Act as the executive communications lead for PNC's chief human resources officer and provide internal communications support to other HR leaders.
  • Utilize employee engagement survey data, along with peer benchmarking and industry best practices, to inform our communications and initiatives.

Work Experience:
Typically requires a university/college degree. Higher education such as a Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certifications is desirable. Industry experience typically spans 8+ years, with at least 5 years of prior management experience required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
