The PNC Financial Services Group is looking for a Senior Manager to join its Marketing and Corporate Communications department.

The Senior Manager will be part of the Employee & Executive Communications team, which encompasses Enterprise and Human Resources (HR) communications, as well as internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Risk, Regional Presidents Organization, and CEO communications.

This team also oversees PNC's corporate recognition initiatives.

The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Employee & Executive Communications and lead a team of four skilled recognition and HR communications professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate across and beyond Marketing and Corporate Communications to:
  • Develop a comprehensive People & Culture Communications strategy that utilizes employee communications and corporate recognition initiatives to educate, engage, and empower employees to excel and be proud representatives of the PNC brand.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement communications and initiatives beyond current corporate recognition programs to foster greater inclusion and consistency.
  • Act as the executive communications lead for PNC's chief human resources officer and provide internal communications support to other HR leaders.
  • Utilize employee engagement survey data, alongside peer benchmarking and industry best practices, to inform our communications and initiatives.
