Core Responsibilities:
  • Sales Proficiency in Arboriculture:
    • Client Acquisition and Retention: Skilled in pinpointing potential commercial clients and sustaining strong connections with existing ones. Rebuilding trust in competitive landscapes is essential.
    • Proposal Crafting: Proficient in developing persuasive proposals and profitable estimates that demonstrate a thorough understanding of arboriculture and client requirements.
    • Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation capabilities are necessary to secure agreements and ensure advantageous terms that align with organizational objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Arboriculture and Plant Care: Extensive knowledge of tree health, plant maintenance, pest management, and removal techniques. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices is crucial.
    • Certifications: Candidates are preferred to possess certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist or hold a degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related discipline.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Market Insights: Ability to assess and respond to market trends, pricing structures, and competitive dynamics, utilizing insights to guide strategic sales initiatives.
    • Competitor Surveillance: Monitoring competitor actions to identify potential challenges and opportunities, especially in competitive markets.
  • Business Development:
    • Strategic Planning: Formulating and executing business development strategies that resonate with target demographics, focusing on market growth and client acquisition.
    • Innovation: Capability to innovate sales and marketing initiatives that promote overall company growth and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
    • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business success.
    • Collaboration: Working closely with operational teams to ensure that sales align with service delivery capabilities, including scheduling and quality assurance.
  • Technology Utilization:

  • Adaptability and Resilience:

    Qualifications:
