Sales and Business Development

NextRow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for driving new business revenue growth from current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve new business revenue targets
  • Manage the entire digital sales lifecycle, from identifying target sectors and clients to delivering sales campaigns and securing briefs
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign content and messaging to maximize response rates
  • Identify and sign up new business partnerships to generate new business leads
New Business Planning
  • Develop and drive through an annual sales plan to achieve new business revenue targets
  • Review performance to the plan and update activities as necessary to ensure new business targets are met
  • Hold formal quarterly reviews of performance to re-calibrate activities, budgets, and schedules
Client Cross Sales
  • Work with the management team to identify new opportunities within our client base
  • Develop pitches and presentations to our clients to evidence our work and generate new business opportunities
  • Ensure we are on the digital roster for all our clients
