Director of Client Consulting

Paylocity is a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. As a Director of Client Consulting, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales teams to achieve annual sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan for the Current Client Consulting department
- Manage a team of 6-8 CCC managers to maximize sales revenue
- Review expenses and stay within budget
- Counsel with CCC managers on sales objectives and weekly activity goals
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with CCC managers
- Regularly review department performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target
- Recruit, hire, and train CCC manager team to required headcount levels
- Constructively handle customer complaints and have an established chain of command for escalations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management
- 2-3 years of sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record in managing and directing a highly-skilled salesforce
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment
