Job Description

Paylocity is a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. As a Director of Client Consulting, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales teams to achieve annual sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan for the Current Client Consulting department
  • Manage a team of 6-8 CCC managers to maximize sales revenue
  • Review expenses and stay within budget
  • Counsel with CCC managers on sales objectives and weekly activity goals
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with CCC managers
  • Regularly review department performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target
  • Recruit, hire, and train CCC manager team to required headcount levels
  • Constructively handle customer complaints and have an established chain of command for escalations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly-skilled salesforce
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment
