Director of Strategic Technology Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Technology Partnerships to lead our alliance and technology sales efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and profitability through our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Partner/Alliance Sales: Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and product management to deliver on targets and objectives. Drive opportunities for cross-selling across technology and services with our alliance and partner community.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Establish sales priorities, objectives, and sales plans for assigned relationships in alignment with our corporate strategies. Collaborate with the marketing department to conduct market opportunity assessments and maintain competitive information.
- Fulfill Management Administrative Duties: Participate in annual planning and budgeting activities, document and manage sales information, provide reports on sales progress and activity levels, and act as a technology and health plan expert for prospective clients.
- Maintain Sales Pipeline: Utilize a sales management system to track and analyze sales pipeline activity. Work with alliance partners to maintain forecasting and develop a financial forecasting plan based on alliance sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in enabling technology alliances and partnerships.
- 7 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Technology Sales.
- 5 years of health plan technology experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Driving technology sales.
- Background in IT.
- Background in Care Management, Utilization Management, and Digital Products and Services.
- Managing alliances/partnerships.
- Business planning and collaboration.
- Ability to capture customer requirements and identify opportunities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of partner organizations and sales models.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $138,400 - $165,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Highmark Health offers a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
