**About the Role**We're seeking an exceptional Sales Director for Strategic Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing strong, consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors to increase new business sales.
- Drive Sales Growth: Establish target account lists, manage pipelines, and follow a comprehensive sales process that includes marketing programs, educational seminars, and customer needs analysis meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on health care trends, market intelligence, and product information for all product solutions within voluntary benefits.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- New Business Opportunities: Leverage existing relationships and conduct market analysis to generate new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and report on competition to evaluate Trustmark's position in the marketplace.
We provide a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, FSA and HSA, 401(k) plan, Employee Assistance Program, Back-up Care for Children, Adults and Elders, and many health and wellness initiatives.
