The Occupancy Planning Director at CBRE is a strategic leadership role that plays a vital part in driving the company's real estate success. This position oversees the achievement of key goals and deliverables related to occupancy planning, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

As a key member of the executive team, the Occupancy Planning Director will lead the department in achieving strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables. This includes coordinating and supervising the team's daily activities, establishing performance objectives, and developing processes for project efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of occupancy planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate the team's work, setting priorities and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to measure team performance and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop annual real estate plans and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of business units and client leaders to identify future growth opportunities and market trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience in staffing, selection, training, and coaching. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set targets and drive results across multiple departments, are essential.

A deep understanding of Microsoft Office products and excellent organizational skills are also required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse stakeholders and negotiating complex agreements.
