About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive II to join our Mid Market team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line growth and building a portfolio of customers from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive top-line growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, operations, and pricing, to deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Mid Market or Enterprise space
  • Proven track record of success in a consultative sales role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive growth
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
