Job Summary

Panduit is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Manage financial metrics and collaborate with leadership to prepare forecasts and variance reports
  • Identify industry trends and necessary product adjustments to stay competitive
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the account management team to meet personal and revenue goals
  • Implement the Business Unit's growth strategy by leveraging resources and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years commercial experience, with 5 years' experience building business and driving growth in a related industry
  • 8 years management experience building and leading account management teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high-priority projects and initiatives
  • Experience working in a global, matrix environment with the ability to influence without direct authority
