Key Responsibilities- Lead sales, marketing, and business development personnel to enhance the company's mission and develop a robust team.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and organizational structure to position the company for sustainable growth.
- Establish and monitor sales and market objectives, targets, metrics, and KPIs to ensure alignment with the company's strategic and financial goals.
- Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities for improvement that are essential in building long-term growth markets.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, external events, and media-related activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years of strategic sales and business development experience within the chemical, oleochemicals, additives, food, and beverage, or related spaces.
- Oleochemicals and/or food ingredients preferred.
- Strong knowledge of toll and contract manufacturing services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing a strategic business development and sales plan.
