Position Overview

Advance Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client requirements and finalizing sales in the local area. This role offers a competitive commission-based income ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 annually.

Daily Responsibilities

As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will engage with clients to offer tailored solutions for their home comfort requirements. You will conduct approximately three consultations each day, warmly welcoming clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your role includes a thorough assessment of their equipment, followed by recommending suitable products while clearly explaining their benefits. Upon securing a sale, you will handle the necessary paperwork and coordinate with clients regarding scheduling and payment. You will oversee each project from initiation to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout.

To foster our positive company culture, you will maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. Additionally, you may assist at trade shows and career fairs as needed. Your role will be dynamic, and you will take pride in helping clients achieve greater comfort in their homes at fair prices.
