Position Overview
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven New Home Consultants to facilitate and finalize sales of our residential properties using our acclaimed sales techniques. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your entrepreneurial skills while collaborating with a supportive team, guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
As a New Home Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential buyers to identify their housing needs and preferences.
  • Generating and closing sales through self-sourced leads and referrals.
  • Building a thorough understanding of the local housing market, including competition and community demographics.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conducting tours of model homes and community features, providing essential information to prospective buyers.
  • Participating in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and neighborhood performance.
  • Utilizing company tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of proven experience in home sales or commission-based real estate.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements
This position may involve some office tasks that require the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, as well as the dexterity to operate a computer and calculator.

Work Environment
Daily interactions will occur with various personnel, clients, and external partners, requiring professionalism and effective communication.
