About the Role

Victra, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find the perfect wireless solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed personal sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless products, services, and promotions, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring a premier retail experience for customers.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Spanish/Bilingual required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate, uncapped earning potential through commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our Wireless Sales Consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions.
