Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Residential Sales Consultants to cultivate and finalize sales of our homes using our established, award-winning sales techniques.

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to enhance your entrepreneurial skills with the backing of an innovative team, guiding customers through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new sales through various channels, including client referrals and professional networks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to facilitate sales through the extended process.
• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: College degree.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in residential sales or commission-based real estate sales.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid auto insurance coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prepare documentation and perform contract calculations.

Physical Requirements
Some office work may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.

Daily Interactions
Engage with various personnel, outside agencies, business partners, and homeowners. Regular contact with the public is expected, requiring resourcefulness, patience, clarity, and tact.
