Position Overview
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Residential Sales Consultants to lead the sales of our homes using our recognized and effective sales strategies. As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to cultivate your entrepreneurial skills within a supportive and innovative team, assisting clients in making one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with potential buyers to understand their home purchasing needs by applying the company's sales philosophy.
• Generate and close sales through self-sourced leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Actively engage with the local community to develop leads from Realtor partnerships and personal networking.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, local community features, and market demographics.
• Implement a customer-generation strategy aimed at achieving weekly targets: 10 new leads, 5 initial meetings, 2 follow-ups, and 1 successful sale, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in home sales or commission-based real estate sales.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid auto insurance coverage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements
• Some office duties may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and moving materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a computer and calculator effectively.

Daily Interactions
• Engage with various personnel, business partners, and clients, requiring patience, clarity, and professionalism.

Additional Responsibilities
• Provide consistent follow-up with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring accurate documentation of all communications.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to review neighborhood performance and sales strategies.
• Maintain the condition of the Welcome Home Center and inventory homes, coordinating with staff for any maintenance needs.
• Participate in homeowner meetings and orientations as required.
