Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in the assembly and coordination of financial outcomes for a leading technology firm's food service program. This finance-centric position collaborates intimately with our client, operational leaders, and global business associates to bolster the finance function within the central leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver the monthly global reporting package to members of the Executive Committee.
2. Execute the monthly closing process tasks and partner with the Director of Finance to enhance the closing procedures continuously.
3. Synchronize financial reporting and essential performance metrics with global counterparts.
4. Construct and sustain vital financial dashboards for both management and the client, utilizing Compass Group's data analytics partner, E15.
5. Assist in the annual budgeting process preparation.
6. Engage in monthly financial evaluations with service operators and compile a monthly financial summary for the client (e.g., budget versus actual, successes/opportunities, etc.).
7. Undertake ad hoc financial projects as required (e.g., client-requested financial data, internal presentations, etc.).

Qualifications:
1. A four-year degree in accounting or finance is required.
2. CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
3. Experience in public accounting is advantageous.

Experience:
1. A minimum of two years in Operational Finance, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Financial Audit roles is necessary.
2. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet is essential.
3. Experience in a Service Retail organization is a plus.
4. Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion Essbase is beneficial.
5. Experience with process improvement initiatives using structured project plans (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
