Senior Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and enhancing key performance indicator (KPI) reporting while optimizing the underlying reporting processes to evaluate financial performance and ensure alignment with the company's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage corporate data warehouses and reporting systems to facilitate ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear and actionable insights for Management and Senior Leadership.
- Assist business line management in assessing new strategic initiatives, including financial modeling and due diligence.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports and underlying business trends.
- Support the maintenance of real-time forecasts and the annual planning process, delivering relevant insights to drive business decisions continuously.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Analytics, preferably within a public company.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Product teams is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify correlations and project business trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, OneStream/ERP Systems, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities, with the ability to merge multiple data sources to research and analyze business trends.
- Excellent prioritization skills and adaptability to manage changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in identifying and extracting relevant data from extensive datasets across various sources to drive analyses and influence business decisions.
