Financial Evaluation:

Utilize financial evaluation principles to reconcile accounts and scrutinize financial, banking, and patient billing data and trends.


Reporting:
Generate status and financial reports, providing support across teams to internal clients across multiple facilities.

Project Oversight:

Execute and document financial analysis projects within the department, delivering precise and timely information for strategic and operational decision-making.


Database Accuracy:
Guarantee the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of databases, mappings, and reference tables within the cash application software system.

System Management:
Work in conjunction with Information Systems and software vendors to address system challenges. Oversee, update, and maintain system documentation.

User Training:
Aid in training end users on system features, functionalities, and enhancements.

Journal Entries:
Execute a limited number of journal entries as required during the reconciliation of banking activities.
Qualifications

The position necessitates working in an office setting, which includes sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer, and communicating via telephone.

Occasional travel to other facilities may be required, involving standing and walking.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems is mandatory.
3+ years of experience in a treasury or financial analyst capacity (or a comparable role) is essential.
Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial, along with a high degree of innovative thinking, initiative, and independent judgment.
