Senior Financial Analyst

Kavaliro is collaborating with a client in search of a Financial Analyst.
The Financial Analyst will be tasked with executing critical functions associated with financial evaluation and managing treasury software along with related systems.
This role is vital for ensuring precise bank reconciliations, aiding patient billing processes, and generating financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration with various departments, including Financial Administration and Patient Financial Services, is essential to uphold the integrity of banking operations and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Evaluation:
Utilize financial evaluation methodologies to reconcile accounts and scrutinize financial, banking, and patient billing data and trends.
Reporting:
Generate status and financial reports, providing cross-departmental support to internal clients across multiple facilities.
Project Coordination:
Execute and document financial analysis projects within the department, delivering accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decision-making.
Database Management:
Guarantee the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of databases, mappings, and reference tables within the cash application software system.
System Oversight:
Work in conjunction with Information Systems and software vendors to address system issues. Oversee, update, and maintain system documentation.
User Training:
Support in educating end users about system functionalities, capabilities, and enhancements.
Journal Entries:
Perform a limited number of journal entries as needed during the reconciliation of banking activities.
Qualifications:
This position requires working in an office setting, which involves sitting at a desk, operating a computer, and utilizing the telephone.
Occasional travel to other facilities may be required, which includes standing and walking.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a treasury or financial analyst capacity (or a comparable role) is essential.
Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial, along with a high degree of innovative thinking, initiative, and independent judgment.
