Position Overview

QSL Management is a dynamic organization in the senior living sector, dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. We are currently seeking a Concierge to enhance the experience at our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to all residents, guests, and staff, serving as the initial point of contact.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls with professionalism and directing visitors appropriately to ensure compliance with entry procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and front porch area.
  • Support activities in the lobby, especially during quieter times, and assist in leading weekend and evening events.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A genuine desire to serve others with a compassionate heart.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting, particularly in a reception role.
  • Experience working with older adults is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with strong grammar skills and a pleasant tone of voice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and interruptions.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
