Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and verify their bookings.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests requiring assistance or information.
  3. Identify guest preferences and offer tailored recommendations for activities and amenities available.
  4. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and surrounding attractions to provide informed suggestions.
  5. Coordinate events, transportation, and excursions as requested by guests.
  6. Manage phone inquiries, process reservations, and handle messages or mail efficiently.
  7. Address guest complaints and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred. Strong command of the English language is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.

Exceptional communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and a patient approach are crucial. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is necessary, along with a customer-centric problem-solving aptitude.

A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
