- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and surrounding attractions to provide informed suggestions.
- Coordinate events, transportation, and excursions as requested by guests.
- Manage phone inquiries, process reservations, and handle messages or mail efficiently.
- Address guest complaints and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred. Strong command of the English language is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
Exceptional communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and a patient approach are crucial. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is necessary, along with a customer-centric problem-solving aptitude.
A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
