Hotel Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Olshan Properties. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for coordinating guest services, maintaining accurate records, and driving results-oriented performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest requests, resolve complaints, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in training and developing staff to meet hotel standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Cash handling and/or hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Columbus area, Easton, and Ohio is beneficial for providing accurate directions and information to guests.
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (depending on experience). We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
