About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Sonesta International Hotels. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, communicating with guests, and handling cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial tasks in accordance with company policies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
