Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Aloft OSU. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Service Coordination:
  • • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals and targets.
  • • Manage group bookings, including contract negotiation, rate loading, and room assignment.
  • • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • • Ensure seamless communication between departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during group stays.
Administrative Support:
  • Record Keeping and Data Management:
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, group bookings, and sales activities.
  • • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
  • Guest Communication:
  • • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • • Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • • Prior experience in hotel sales, customer service, or related field desired.
  • • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$19 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
