About the Role

The Guest Services Supervisor is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of Front Desk Agents, providing training and support, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Front Desk Agents and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and have a positive experience at our hotel
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Front Desk area
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with front desk duties during peak periods

Requirements:

  • 6 months customer service experience required
  • Cash handling and hotel Front Desk experience preferred
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Lightspeed experience preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
