Office Administrator

The Office Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and staff. This position involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments, providing excellent customer service.
- Administrative Support: Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar, ensuring seamless communication and task flow.
- General Administration: Assist with tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, providing general information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
