Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator II to join our team at Modern Office Methods. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing data entry, and providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and translate them into a format usable by our warehouse and logistics teams
  • Enter data into our computer system following established guidelines and procedures
  • Proof data entered against source documents and make necessary corrections
  • Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Back up the Branch Administrative Coordinator Level 3 as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for job travel between company branches
  • Valid certificate of insurance with the minimum liability requirements set forth by the company
  • Ability to use personal computer and industry standard software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Some general knowledge of data processing is a plus

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include regular talking and hearing, frequent standing and walking, and occasional sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
